For production
We offer Dosing and Mixing Plants, whether fixed, transportable or mobile with capacities ranging from 30m³/h to 180m³/h, in addition to having within this line, the exclusivity in the national market, of the only Dosing or Mixing Plant that allows loading in two different load points simultaneously, using a single box for storing aggregates with two different scales.
For storage
From cement or bulk materials, we supply silos with a capacity of 45 to 120 tons, either fixed or mobile.
For transport
We are one of the largest manufacturers of Auto Concrete Mixers in the country. We manufacture the 8m³ and 10m³ models, relying on national equipment of extreme quality and reliability. Always thinking about innovation, in 2012 we launched an Auto Concrete Mixer with an attached Concrete Pump, enabling, in addition to transport and mixing, the pumping of concrete to the desired location, providing the customer with a lower cost of transport and pumping.
For pumping
We have a wide range of models of concrete pumps (Auto Pumps, Pumps-Spears and Towables) with pumping capacities ranging from 36 to 160 m³/h and can be mounted on trucks (with or without auxiliary engine), stationary or coupled to the concrete mixer truck of any make and model, with the aim of serving all types of work.
Equipment rental
In 2009, we opened the equipment rental company, where we have a large and varied fleet of concrete mixer trucks for rent and other equipment for all types of work with a minimum age of 5 years, guaranteeing far beyond quality and safety, but equipment with state-of-the-art technology and a specialized team for the service and support needed throughout the national territory.
Spare parts
We offer a wide and complete line of spare parts for concrete mixer trucks, Auto-pumps, Stationary Pumps, Pump-lances, Silos, Concrete plants, batchers and mixers of all brands and models.
Maintenance and renovation services
Completing the sale of spare parts, we are specialists in the renovation and maintenance of concrete equipment of all brands and models, we offer complete services with state-of-the-art technical resources, specialized labor and qualified suppliers.
For rock removal
In 2015, aiming at new markets, we started manufacturing mining equipment.
Considering the global scenario in this segment, the availability of machines for this type of application is quite restricted and the acquisition and import costs of such equipment become impractical. Therefore, Grupo Convicta offers a national and complete solution for the application of explosives in underground mines and open pit mines, with 8 robust and complete equipment in our portfolio.
